Learn moreContrast Therapy
A rehabilitation technique of alternating heat exposure and cold immersion to reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, improve circulation, and accelerate muscle recovery. Our private rooms include both an infrared sauna and a cold plunge tub, allowing you to cycle between hot and cold at your own pace.
-
Exposing your body to the heat of a sauna allows your blood and lymphatic vessels to expand (vasodilation), and the shift to the cold plunge causes the same vessels to rapidly contract (vasoconstriction). This vascular pumping action pushes fluid rapidly through your system, bringing fresh blood and oxygen to your tissues, and helping to effectively stimulate lymphatic drainage.
-
We offer two different plunge styles; an upright, barrel-style plunge, and a horizontal, tub-style plunge. One style plunge does not suit all, and many of our customers prefer one over the other.
Our 1-2 person room has a barrel-style cold plunge, which you enter from a small set of stairs. There is a small seat built into the interior of the tub to rest on and submerge yourself easily up to your neck.
If you have mobility issues that prevent you from easily entering the barrel-style cold plunge — or simply prefer a horizontal-style — our larger Denali room has a low-clearance tub-style plunge which allows you to recline vertically, and does not require you to navigate any additional steps to get in or out.
You may choose either option during booking.
-
Contrast therapy sessions are booked in a private room for a 70-minute block. For the first hour, you will alternate between the sauna and cold plunge in whatever manner feels good for your body. The last ten minutes give you time to gather your things, get dressed, and shower if you’d like to.
Towels, cold drinking water, and shower access are all included with your session. Feel free to linger int he sitting area with a cup of tea following your session; we have a sofa and a quiet corner carved out for just that purpose.
Infrared Sauna
Infrared light panels heat the body directly, penetrating deep into tissue to facilitate cellular detoxification and repair, improve circulation, reduce pain, and promote whole-body relaxation. Enjoy a dedicated infrared sauna in each of our private rooms.
-
Healing from the Inside Out: While others are just heating the air, our infrared technology penetrates 1.5 inches into your muscles. It targets "storage" areas, shaking loose toxins and tension that a standard sauna simply can’t reach.
The "Weightless" Workout: Experience the metabolic boost of a brisk jog—increasing your heart rate and torching calories—all while sitting in total, blissful stillness. It is the ultimate "passive cardio".
Effortless Comfort: Enjoy detoxification and recovery at a lower, more breathable temperature (usually 115°–135°F). It’s high-performance wellness without the "suffocating" heat.
-
True Full Spectrum: Our saunas’ True Wave™ heating system provides near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths 100% of the time.
Near Infrared: Shortest wavelength, penetrates deepest to produce energy within cells via ATP stimulation.
Mid Infrared: Promotes vasodilation, increasing circulation and metabolism.
Far Infrared: Closest to the heat given off by the human body for natural, deep thermal energy.
Safety First: Our saunas feature the lowest EMF/ELF levels in the industry, shielded by metal conduits to ensure your session is as safe as it is effective.
Chromotherapy: Medical-grade light therapy is included in every session to balance your body’s energy centers.
-
Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session.
Warm-Up: The sauna only takes about 15 minutes to reach temperature.
Dress: For maximum infrared absorption, we recommend minimal clothing or a light towel.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is coming to hothouse. Sessions will be built around what you walk in with, whether that's pain relief, stress, limited mobility, or general maintenance, and the approach adjusts to what your body is asking for that day. Pair it with a sauna or contrast session before or after.
Booking opens soon. Check back here or follow along on Instagram for the announcement.
Red Light Therapy (RLT)
Red light therapy (RLT) can aid recovery, stimulate cellular repair, boost collagen production, and reduce inflammation. Add-on a therapeutic red light therapy panel to enhance your infrared sauna or contrast therapy session.
-
Red Light Therapy (RLT) uses low-level wavelengths to penetrate roughly 5mm below the skin, reaching the "powerhouse" of your cells: the mitochondria. This process stimulates the production of ATP (cellular energy), acting like a biological battery charger that speeds up tissue repair, enhances rejuvenation, and improves overall cell performance.
-
Radiant Skin: Naturally boosts collagen production to improve elasticity and reduce the appearance of fine lines.
Rapid Recovery: Speeds up muscle healing and reduces inflammation, making it the perfect post-workout "double-down."
Deep Balance: Helps regulate serotonin and melatonin levels to improve mood and support deeper, more restorative sleep.
-
A Powerful Pair: While infrared heat penetrates 5cm into the body for deep detoxification, red light works on the surface 5mm to heal and soothe. Combining these therapies in a single session creates a comprehensive "inside-out" treatment, maximizing your recovery while protecting and revitalizing your skin.
