MOVEMENT, BREATHWORK, & GATHERING
Classes & Events
Small-group classes and seasonal events in our community studio room — designed to slow you down, build strength, and connect you to the people moving alongside you.
Our Community Studio Room hosts weekly classes, multi-week series, and one-off events with instructors we trust. Class sizes are intentionally small. The room is warm, quiet, and built for focus — and the saunas and cold plunges are right next door when you're ready to keep the practice going.

Kaylee Murray
200-hr RYT · Yin · Meditation
Kaylee was initially drawn to yoga for the physical practice, but quickly fell in love with the deeper, ancient teachings that extend beyond asana. She's a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with additional training in Yin Yoga and meditation, and she's currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. Whether teaching Vinyasa or Gentle Flow, Kaylee invites her students to explore their inner landscape through intentional movement and curiosity. A new resident of Homer, she's honored to join the community.
Paige Jones
Mat Pilates · Certified PT
Paige is a lifelong Homer local, newly certified personal trainer, and mat Pilates instructor with a passion for helping others build strength, balance, and connection through movement. Her fitness foundation is rooted in over five years of intentional strength training, inspired by the physical demands of her work. Last year, she discovered mat Pilates and quickly fell in love with the practice — the regulating effects of moving with the breath, mind-body connection, and the permission to slow down. She brings that same approach to her classes: welcoming, beginner-friendly, and rooted in safe and effective movement.
