MOVEMENT, BREATHWORK, & GATHERING

Classes & Events

Small-group classes and seasonal events in our community studio room — designed to slow you down, build strength, and connect you to the people moving alongside you.

Community Studio Room

Our Community Studio Room hosts weekly classes, multi-week series, and one-off events with instructors we trust. Class sizes are intentionally small. The room is warm, quiet, and built for focus — and the saunas and cold plunges are right next door when you're ready to keep the practice going.

Drop in, or buy a pack.

10-Class Pack

$225

$22.50 per class

Ten credits, same flexibility. For when this has become a regular thing.

Kaylee Murray

Kaylee Murray

200-hr RYT  ·  Yin  ·  Meditation

Kaylee was initially drawn to yoga for the physical practice, but quickly fell in love with the deeper, ancient teachings that extend beyond asana. She's a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with additional training in Yin Yoga and meditation, and she's currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. Whether teaching Vinyasa or Gentle Flow, Kaylee invites her students to explore their inner landscape through intentional movement and curiosity. A new resident of Homer, she's honored to join the community.

Sarah Estabrook

Sarah Estabrook

200-hr RYT  ·  Somatic Therapist  ·  Meditation

Sarah came to yoga as a form of exercise, but over 25 years of personal practice and 15 years of teaching, it became something much deeper — a space for growth, release, healing, and connection. She keeps returning to the heart of the practice: showing up, being present, and remaining open. A Registered Somatic Therapist and meditation guide with training across multiple traditions, Sarah brings particular emphasis to restorative work — yin yoga and yoga nidra. Her classes are welcoming and approachable for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Kelsey Brown

Kelsey Brown

500-hr EYT  ·  Vinyasa  ·  Katonah  ·  Breathwork

Kelsey holds a 500-hour Experienced Yoga Teacher certification and brings over a decade of experience across vinyasa, katonah, kundalini, bhakti, buti, and restorative practices. Her teaching is rooted in creating a conversation with life — using breath, shape, and structure as tools to organize and support you. Moving from the outside in and the inside out, she explores polarity and perspective to build patterns that increase strength, adaptability, and awareness. Expect traditional active breathwork, shapes, meditation, and something new — designed to help you feel more capable, present, and joyful.

Chanphen Orman

Chanphen Orman

Soma Breath Facilitator  ·  Breathwork  ·  Meditation

Chanphen — known as Puki — is a certified Soma Breath Facilitator and Instructor focused on helping people support their nervous systems and well-being through breathwork, meditation, and mind-body connection. After many years working in healthcare, she became interested in how stress shapes our health and began exploring breath and energy practices as tools for resilience. Her path took her from studying energy healing in Thailand to retreats with Dr. Joe Dispenza, and eventually to Ibiza, Spain, where she trained and certified as a Soma Breath instructor. She teaches from a simple conviction: that the breath is one of the most accessible and powerful tools we carry with us.
